About Me

Hi, I’m Mandy.

I’m a registered nurse with a deep love for helping people heal—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually, too. For years, I worked in traditional healthcare settings, doing my best to bring empathy and compassion into spaces that often felt rushed or disconnected. I cared for people’s bodies, but I knew there was more to true healing than just treating symptoms.

Eventually, my own life and struggles led me to explore a deeper path—one that helped me reconnect with myself in ways I didn’t know were possible. The turning point came during a therapeutic psychedelic ceremony, an experience that opened my heart, helped me release years of stored pain, and brought me back to the core of who I really am—not just the nurse or the caregiver, but the full, human me.

That experience changed me. It showed me that healing is about feeling seen, supported, and safe enough to come back to yourself. And I knew I wanted to help others find their way to that kind of healing, too.

To do that with care and integrity, I completed the Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research Certificate at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS)—a respected program that blends science, ethics, and cultural awareness. I also trained with Innertrek in Portland under Oregon’s newly legalized model, which gave me hands-on experience both as a client and a practitioner. That work reinforced how powerful and personal this kind of healing can be.

Today, I offer psychedelic-assisted support in Colorado as a Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator, working legally under the state’s natural medicine laws. My approach is trauma-informed, spiritually grounded, and rooted in truly listening to what each person needs. Whether you’re carrying grief or trauma, moving through a major life transition, or simply feeling disconnected and unsure where to turn—this work can help you reconnect with the deeper, wiser parts of yourself.

You don’t have to be in crisis to explore this kind of healing. You just have to be curious, open, and ready to take the next step—whatever that looks like for you.

This work is personal for me. It’s not just a profession; it’s something I believe in deeply. If you feel like something here resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
